Privacy policy for investor scenario information
You send us deal information so we can arrange financing. This policy explains what Hard Money Loan App collects, why it is collected, who receives it in the loan process and the controls you keep over your own information.
What we collect
When you use the application or the home page form, we collect the contact details, property information, loan scenario details and message you type, together with first-touch attribution such as campaign parameters, click identifiers, landing page and referrer that your browser stores for the session. We also retain your communications consent choice, the consent wording and version, the page URL and request IP address for consent records. Our lead form includes a hidden field real people never see, used only to filter automated submissions.
How it is used
Scenario information is used to respond to your request, evaluate the deal, and arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders through Loan Daddy LLC, a mortgage broker, not a lender. That process can include sharing the scenario with the wholesale lenders, service providers and systems reasonably involved in reviewing and processing an investor loan request.
Communications and consent
The communications consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You can submit a loan scenario without opting in. If you opt in, Loan Daddy LLC may send marketing calls and texts about business-purpose loan products, including communications using automated technology and artificial or prerecorded voices, including AI-generated voices. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Retention and your choices
We keep scenario records for the period needed to work the request, meet legal and licensing record duties and maintain business records.
